Location:
The apartment is located on the sunny side of the Alps in Mathon, a quiet area in the resort of Ischgl. The village has a grocery store, cash machine, restaurants, a children's playground and a wildlife park. The bus stop Mathon Ost is only a few minutes’ walk away.

2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and hair dryer, living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, balcony, ski room, lift and underground parking space. Free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Pepper/salt, dishwashing sponge and detergent, dishwasher tablets and tea towel are provided.

Prices excluding final cleaning (€ 15 per person) and local tax (€ 4 per person/day, children up to 15 years free). Summerprices excluding Silvretta Card Premium (price Silvretta Card see summer information). Bed linen and towels are included in the rate. Minimum stay: 3 nights, New Year, carnival 7 nights.

Bread delivery service: : fresh rolls for breakfast! We will gladly arrange for bread rolls from the local grocery store in Mathon to be delivered to you at no additional cost (normal bread prices will be charged). Choice of 15 types of bread rolls.
Parking: 2 parking spaces free of charge in the underground car park.

Payment and cancellation policy:
To secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 20%, which must be paid and received within 3 days. The bank details for payment will be sent to you with the booking confirmation. Final payment is due 1 day prior to arrival or by cash on arrival. No card payment accepted!
No reduction will be offered for late arrival or early departure. Cancellation conditions according to the Hotel Regulations (ÖHVB). Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
